Newmarket Council authorized staff to amend the existing waste contract CRFP2016-02 with GFL Environmental Inc. to remove Blue Box collection services following transition to producer responsibility. The amendment will adjust the scope of GFL’s municipal waste collection services subject to CAO approval.
