Two-year term beginning June 26, 2026, with option for annual software renewals thereafter

Renewal

Initial two-year term includes data collection and two years of Streetlogix software access. At the conclusion of the initial two-year software term, the Town may elect to renew Streetlogix access on an annual basis; renewal pricing will be based on surveyed centerline miles and adjusted for inflation using the CPI-U for the Baltimore, MD area per Article 8.3 of the Agreement. Any renewals will be via additional subscription agreements.
