Following executive session, the Hermosa Town Board voted to terminate without cause multiple professional services contracts with ATAC for water and sewer systems, operations, building official duties, on-call planning, and FEMA BRIC Grant work. The termination was approved on a 3–2 vote under section 3.3.2 of the agreements.
