Hamden Amends Public Works Union Agreement

Hamden’s Legislative Council approved a Memorandum of Agreement with Public Works, Local 424-Unit 1 of UPSEU amending sick leave payout provisions and redefining bargaining unit work at Laurel View Country Club. The agreement also grants one additional personal day in the 2026–27 contract year and commits the Mayor to propose three new union positions in the 2027–28 budget cycle.
