Farmington sets standard architect contract for fire stations

The Town of Farmington has prepared a modified AIA B133-2019 standard agreement to contract with an architectural firm for schematic design, cost estimating, and full design and construction administration for three fire station projects, with a total project budget of $30–35 million. The agreement will be executed with the architect selected under the concurrent RFQ process.
