Renewal

Initial term begins on the last date signed and continues from year to year. Either party may terminate for cause with 10 days to cure a remediable breach, or without cause with at least 60 days’ written notice, with current interns allowed to complete the current term. Agreement cannot be assigned without prior written consent of the other party and may be amended only in writing signed by both parties.
