Initial Master Services Agreement Effective Date May 27, 2026; Order Forms and SOWs have their own terms; subscription terms auto-renew in one-year periods unless non-renewal notice is given 30 days prior to expiration

Subscription Services under the MSA commence on the start date specified in each Order Form and automatically renew for successive one-year Renewal Subscription Terms unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of non-renewal before the end of the Initial Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Subscription Term. The MSA itself remains in effect until expiration of the final SOW or Order Form, including renewals.
