Supplemental GRP Surface Water Agreement With SCUD

SJRA will consider authorizing a Supplemental Agreement with Spring Creek Utility District for up to 500,000 gallons per day of GRP surface water. The district will construct and fund a transmission line extension that will be transferred to SJRA for long-term operation and maintenance.
