Nature Conservancy Joins Amended ODT Lease Agreement

The Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy is finalizing an addendum with The Nature Conservancy for its ODT water lease, extending the term to February 28, 2036 and revising lease rates within an $8 million cost ceiling. TNC will continue as co-manager overseeing conservation delivery of ODT water to the Great Salt Lake.
