Preston BOE, NCWVCAA Head Start renew Universal Pre-K MOU

The Preston County Board of Education entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the North Central West Virginia Community Action Association, Inc. Head Start Program to collaborate on Universal Pre-K services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
