The Board will adopt an ordinance approving the Fifth Amendment to Preferential Assignment Agreement HD‑5841 with the U.S. Maritime Administration at Pier 15, extending the term and setting new monthly rent. The Chief Executive Officer is authorized to execute the amended agreement.
