Statewide school audit cooperative contract to be awarded

Huron Valley Schools has issued RFP # HV-946-011521 to select a professional audit firm to provide financial and compliance auditing services for fiscal years ending 2022–2024, with two optional one-year renewals through 2026. The resulting statewide cooperative Master Agreement, administered in partnership with the Michigan Association of Counties, will allow other public schools and municipalities across Michigan to piggyback on competitively awarded auditing services and requires a 2.0% administrative fee remitted to MAC.

Renewal

Base term covers audits for school years ending 2022, 2023, and 2024, with two one-year renewal options for school years ending 2025 and 2026 at Huron Valley Schools’ discretion. Any additional professional services beyond the defined scope must be set forth in a written addendum and billed at the same rates as in the awarded firm’s fee schedule.
