Legacy BoardDocs contract terminated with transition access

Orange City Schools’ prior BoardDocs software-as-a-service contract with a Diligent Affiliate is terminated as of November 1, 2026 and replaced by the new Diligent Corporation agreement. BoardDocs will remain available at no cost for up to 90 days to support transition to the Diligent Community Platform.
