Oceana County, through its 51st Circuit Court and Board of Commissioners, plans to enter a three-year bed rental agreement with the Ottawa County Juvenile Detention Center starting October 1, 2026. The pact allows Oceana to place delinquent juveniles in Ottawa County’s secure detention and treatment facility with a 30-day termination clause.
