Parties agree to negotiate in good faith a minimum 5-year transportation services agreement commencing July 1, 2027, based on Krise Transportation’s standard agreement and rates aligned with market conditions. They intend to execute this five-year agreement by January 1, 2027, and, if not executed by June 30, 2027, this contract will be extended on the same terms until the five-year agreement is executed, provided negotiations continue in good faith. Through execution of the five-year agreement, the IU will not solicit or contract with other transportation providers for routes assigned to Krise and will first offer Krise the right to provide services on equivalent terms through June 30, 2032.
