Northern Water is asked to approve an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the Longmont Urban Renewal Authority to govern tax increment revenue sharing for the First and Main Urban Renewal Plan. The agreement will remit 100% of the District’s tax increment back to Northern Water over the 25‑year TIF term ending in 2051.
