Addendum is effective for a 12‑month Contract Year beginning July 1, 2026 and automatically renews for successive Contract Years unless either party gives at least 31 days’ written notice before the end of a Contract Year. BCBSKC may terminate immediately for nonpayment, and the addendum terminates automatically if the underlying group contract is terminated or canceled.
