Renewal Certificate of Approval granted for a ten-year franchise period from the expiration of the previous Certificate on August 16, 2022. During the term and any renewal, Comcast must maintain a local office, comply with PEG access obligations, follow the approved line extension policy, and pay a 2% municipal franchise fee plus up to 2% state regulatory fee. The Township may petition the Board for administrative action, including modification or termination, for material non-compliance after notice and a 90-day cure period.
