Council is asked to approve an intergovernmental agreement with the Board of Water Commissioners d/b/a Columbus Water Works to transfer ownership and beneficial use of several Alexander Street properties. The properties will be used for future Columbus Water Works administrative, environmental, field service, and maintenance functions.
