Renewal
Update Service subscription renews annually after the initial year following the Template Access Date, with fees in Addendum A increasing automatically at 3% per year unless Neola notices a higher increase at least 30 days in advance. Digital Publishing fees are billed annually on the first anniversary of Neola’s initial digital publication and continue annually; Board intends to annually renew the Update Service to keep materials current. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time by written notice; upon termination, continued use of Licensed Materials is permitted subject to conditions, but access to Neola’s digital platform and future updates ceases.
