MOU Section E specifies an initial one-year term beginning on the effective date, renewable for additional terms upon written agreement approved by all parties, with annual review and termination permitted at each budget period or with ninety days written notice. Subsequent first and second amendments have renewed the underlying contract for additional one-year terms.
