Board Amends Property Exchange With Gladden Farms Developer

Marana Unified School District approved an amendment to its February 18, 2020 Property Exchange Agreement with Gladden Phase II, LLC, clarifying APN numbers and legal descriptions for a land exchange supporting a potential school site. The Board confirmed the transaction is authorized under Arizona law and that the received school site and improvements are of equal or greater value than the District property being exchanged.
