Initial term of one (1) year from execution, with up to five (5) additional one-year renewal terms at stated rates

Agreement may be renewed annually by the District, in its sole discretion, for up to five additional one-year terms at the rates set forth in the Agreement and Appendix B. Architect’s obligations for any assigned project extend through completion and post-construction services unless the Agreement is earlier terminated under Article 12.
