Loudon County plans to enter into an interlocal agreement with the Town of Greenback, Tennessee under which the County will provide planning, zoning, subdivision review, board of zoning appeals, and related land-use services within the Town. The two-year initial term agreement automatically renews annually, with compensation through County retention of application and review fees and options for additional paid extraordinary services.
