Effective August 18, 2026; automatically renewed for one (1) year periods unless canceled with 30 days written notice prior to annual termination date

Agreement effective August 18, 2026 and automatically renews for successive one-year periods unless either party provides thirty (30) days written notice in advance of the annual termination date. MOU may be amended or modified in writing signed by both parties and may be terminated by any party with 30 days prior written notice.
