Road sealing and upgrades by Vic Russell Construction

Lazy River Special Road District engaged Vic Russell Construction to perform OTTA Seal and Fog Seal work on South Tamarack and Lodgepole and to chip seal and fog seal Tamarack Road to mitigate cracking and extend the roadway’s lifespan. The work was part of a larger road upgrade program during the 2019–2020 fiscal year.
