Renewal

School Board may extend the Agreement for one additional two-year term by giving written notice at least 60 days before August 31, 2029. If the Board fails to exercise the renewal or cannot finalize a new agreement by the end of the Additional Term, the Agreement automatically extends under the same terms for up to six months past the expiration date or until a new agreement becomes effective, whichever occurs first.
