Central Florida Health, Inc. d/b/a UF Health Central Florida and the School Board of Lake County executed a first amendment to their September 12, 2022 Clinical Student Agreement to redefine the term as a one-year agreement with automatic one-year renewals and revised termination language. The amendment also updates the hospital name to The Villages Tri-County Medical Center, Inc. d/b/a UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital.
