Agreement is for a two-year term commencing September 1, 2026 and is automatically extended for successive one-year terms unless a member district issues a preliminary notice of intent not to extend by April 30, 2027 and a final notice by August 31, 2027; individual member districts may also terminate per detailed unilateral termination provisions with possible liquidated damages.
