Agreement term is tied to the duration of a separate services contract referenced in Paragraph B.1 and may be terminated by either party for material breach with a 30-day cure period or with 30 days' written notice for any reason. Upon termination, confidentiality provisions survive and all data must be returned or destroyed within seven days, with certified destruction; violations of FERPA or confidentiality may trigger immediate termination and at least five years of denied access to personally identifiable information under 34 C.F.R. 99.31(a)(6)(iii)(B).
