Agreement is open-ended and continues until terminated by either party upon ninety (90) days written notice, with termination delayed until all students have completed scheduled clinical training. The Agreement may be further amended or terminated if sharing individually identifiable student data triggers Education Law 2-d requirements and the parties cannot reach agreement on the required addendum.
