Straight Time Bill Rate $48–$52 per hour for Payroll Specialist; overtime billed at 1.5x; plus applicable sales or other tax; additional reimbursable travel expenses at cost

STAFFING

Initial term of one (1) year from full execution on 07/20/2026, continuing month-to-month thereafter until terminated with 30 days’ written notice

Agreement runs for an initial one-year term from 07/20/2026 and then converts to a month-to-month arrangement unless either party terminates with 30 days’ written notice. Aston Carter may adjust bill rates annually within the first 60 days of each calendar year by up to 3% for direct cost increases, with higher increases requiring a revised Exhibit A executed by both parties.
