The IBank Board will consider Resolution No. 26-11 to approve issuance of up to $150 million in tax-exempt and/or taxable revenue bonds for Whittier Sustainable Energy Partners II, LLC to finance eligible projects at PIH Health facilities in several Southern California cities. Bond terms and amounts may be adjusted at the Board’s discretion.
