FACILITIES

For GCIT’s swimming pool: November 16, 2026 to February 28, 2027, 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; for Deptford Middle School baseball and softball fields: March 8, 2027 to June 18, 2027 beginning 2:45 p.m.; for Deptford Middle School baseball & soccer fields for PE: September 1, 2026 through the last day of the 2026-2027 school year (anticipated June 17, 2027), 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Lease runs for defined dates tied to the 2026–2027 school year and may be terminated early for default or educational needs upon written notice under the agreement. No automatic renewal terms are specified; any extension would require a new written agreement signed by both parties.

Agreement
