This Fourth Supplemental Addendum implements the fourth of four extensions originally permitted under Section 2(b) of the 1999 lease, covering January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030. Section 2(b) is amended to grant Endeavor the contractual right to extend the lease for up to two additional five-year periods on mutually agreed terms by giving written notice to the District at least six months before each renewal period.
