The Master Contract is effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and is not automatically renewable; any subsequent Master Contract must be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027. If a new contract is not agreed by June 30, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for 90 days under Education Code 56366(c)(1), with either party able to appeal to the county superintendent or State Superintendent after 60 days if not finalized.
