City of Burbank Staff Report Adoption of a Resolution Approving a Cooperative Agreement with Vincor Construction, Inc. 2026-06-16

The City of Burbank will utilize The Gordian Group, Inc. as Sourcewell’s designated representative to administer the cooperative construction agreement supporting the Police Department Forensic Services Area Modernization Project. Gordian will provide catalog development, fee administration, proposal assistance, and information systems and training for participating contractors.
