City staff recommends authorizing an agreement with the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce to operate the 2026 Troy Strawberry Festival from June 5–7, 2026 in downtown Troy and along the levee, including DORA activation and special event legislation. The Chamber will fund city services through an agreed payment and will manage required barricades, signage, and waste containers.
