The Board will authorize its PRISM representative to execute Memorandums of Understanding for Master Crime, Pollution Liability, and Cyber Liability insurance programs. A companion resolution extends this authority to all PRISM program MOUs to ensure continuous liability and asset protection coverage for the County.
