Pavement Engineering to Support 2026 Street Projects

Arroyo Grande is proposing to enter into Professional Services Agreements with Pavement Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering support and asphalt quality assurance services for multiple 2026 street projects, including overlay, full depth reclamation, and the Halcyon Complete Streets Project. The City Manager would be authorized to execute the agreements with minor technical changes.
