Athens-Clarke County plans an intergovernmental agreement with the University of Georgia to pursue GDOT LMIG funding for a roundabout at South Milledge Avenue by the State Botanical Garden. The agreement would pass through any awarded funds to UGA for design and construction of the intersection upgrade.
