New Haven, Allen County bridge funding interlocal pact

The City of New Haven and Allen County plan to enter into a three-year interlocal agreement under which the City will allocate 35% of its Wheel Tax and Surtax revenues to the County. In return, Allen County will construct, reconstruct, repair, and maintain bridges and approaches within the county, including within New Haven, using the remitted funds.
