For the remainder of the 2026 year, with option to extend; Agreement term commences on blank date in 20__ and continues until terminated per Section 2

Renewal

Initial term commencement date is to be inserted; neither party may terminate the Agreement during the first three years of the term. After that, the Municipality may terminate with 60 days’ written notice (forfeiting the annual fee) and the Coordinator may terminate with six months’ written notice effective January 1 of the subsequent year. The Town may extend use of Milestone Municipal Services beyond 2026 if sufficient SDAB members are not recruited.
