Original interlocal CDBG agreement began in 2014 and automatically renewed every three years; this 2026 update covers HUD urban county qualification periods 2027–2029 with automatic renewal through 2032 unless Clark County or the City provides HUD-noticed written non-renewal. Agreement remains in effect until all CDBG/HOME funds and program income from those periods are expended.
