District enters MOU with United States University for student teachers

Year to year, commencing on the signature date (May 13, 2026 for the District) and renewable annually unless terminated with at least 30 days’ written notice

Agreement commences on the signature date and continues year to year, renewable annually unless terminated by either party with at least 30 days’ prior written notice. Termination by the District is not effective for student teachers already placed until they complete their assignments, unless the University elects otherwise. Either party may propose written modifications signed by both parties to amend or extend terms.
