The City of Portland committed $1 million in Urban Renewal Area funding to support construction of the Kellogg Creek dam removal and OR 99E bridge replacement. The city is also a key partner on the US 26 Outer Powell safety project and will take jurisdiction of the corridor after ODOT completes construction.
