The City of Santa Fe expects to direct an estimated $200,000 in CDBG program income to Homewise and its partners to provide mortgage principal reduction loans for about ten low- to moderate-income homebuyers in Program Year 2026. The Mortgage Reduction Assistance program will reduce borrowing costs and expand sustainable homeownership opportunities.
