Roxbury Central School District Awards Maintenance Contract to Mcgee Elevator Inc (June 2026)

$125.00 plus tax per month base, optional upgrades up to an additional $225.00 per month

MAINTENANCE

Five (5) years commencing July 1, 2026, with automatic five-year renewals unless terminated with 90–120 days’ prior written notice before term end

Initial five-year term from July 1, 2026, with automatic renewals in successive five-year periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days but no more than 120 days before the end of the then-current term. Upon sale or transfer of the property, the Customer must assign the agreement to the new owner/lessee or pay all sums due for the unexpired term within 30 days if the new owner/lessee does not assume obligations.
