TECHNOLOGY

One year from Effective Date, automatically renewing for additional one-year periods unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice before the end of the then-current term.

Initial one-year term from the Effective Date, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides at least 30 days’ prior written notice of non-renewal. Agreement may also terminate upon expiration or termination of the related agreements between Equifax and the Approved Contractor or between Client and the Approved Contractor, by mutual written agreement, for insolvency events, or for uncured material breach after 30 days’ notice.
