Collin County has approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Frisco to construct the Panther Creek Hike and Bike Trail. Under the agreement, Collin County will reimburse the City of Frisco up to $724,295 on a dollar-for-dollar matching basis, as part of the 2023 Parks and Open Space Bond Program.
